Location: Quincy, IL
Pay Range: $33.50 – $60.00 hourly | Based on Experience and FTE Status
Schedule: Part-Time or PRN (Flexible); minimum of six weekly after-school appointments required (3:30 p.m., 4:15 p.m., or 5:00 p.m. start times). Full-time option available (includes adult caseload).
About the Role:
Quincy Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT or DPT) to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one pediatric care in a supportive setting where individualized treatment and strong family relationships are the priority.
You will assess, treat, and manage the physical development needs of infants, children, and adolescents. Our model allows for focused, uninterrupted sessions that support meaningful progress and strong therapeutic connections. New graduates are welcome, and mentorship is available.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for pediatric patients. Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and overall function. Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with families and care teams. Support scheduling needs by maintaining a minimum of six weekly appointments during peak after-school hours, with flexibility in selecting specific days.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (PT or DPT required)
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to meet minimum after-school scheduling requirement
