Overview

Location: Quincy, IL

Pay Range:

  • LPN: $18.66 - $27.99 per hour

  • RN: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour

  • Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for Float positionsFinal compensation based on relevant experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (some variability based on departmental needs)

As an RN or LPN Float, you will rotate between multiple outpatient departments, supporting care teams and stepping in where you are needed most. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, enjoys meeting new teams, and takes pride in being a reliable resource across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and perform clinical assessments tailored to each department you support. Document patient interactions accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate closely with providers and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care across specialties. Adapt quickly to different clinical environments, workflows, and team dynamics while maintaining a high standard of care. Support a variety of clinical tasks, including rooming patients, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and coordinating follow-up care. Serve as a dependable team member who helps maintain consistency and quality across departments.

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license in Illinois required

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly and confidently in different clinical settings

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
