Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and moving materials Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and labeling packages Team-oriented mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills Forklift certification or experience (preferred but not required) Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include: Preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently Loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming/outgoing shipments Reading and interpreting work orders, shipping orders, and pick lists Moving materials throughout the facility using forklifts or other equipment Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Labeling and documenting materials appropriately Recording shipment data in company systems Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory Supporting overall shipping and warehouse operations as needed Performing other duties as assigned Benefits of Working With Us Medical/Life Insurance Weekly pay Company paid pension Guaranteed progression increases Paid holidays Employee referral program Numerous growth and promotion opportunities Employee Assistance Program Opportunity to learn new skills … and more!
