We are looking for a Systems Analyst (OFF) who will partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into well-defined system solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, supporting the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of systems and applications.Â

What you will be responsible forÂ
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirementsÂ
Translate business needs into clear system specifications, process flows, and functional designsÂ
Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to support solution design and deliveryÂ
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements and propose practical solutionsÂ
Support testing activities, including requirements validation, test case review, and issue triageÂ
Assist with implementation planning, user acceptance testing, and production readinessÂ
Provide ongoing analysis and support for system enhancements, defects, and change requestsÂ
Maintain accurate documentation including requirements, process flows, and system artifactsÂ
Serve as a liaison across business, technology, and operations to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycleÂ

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Â
Experience performing systems or business analysis in a technology delivery environmentÂ
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Â
Experience with data analysis, system interfaces, and process modelingÂ
Additional requirementsÂ
Comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting large-scale or multi-team initiatives is a plus.Â

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $118,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
