Overnight Local Retail Merchandiser 
Salary: $20hr 
Start Date: May 3rd 2026
The Opportunity: 
SASR Workforce Solutions seeks to expand our team by hiring local merchandisers in or around Quinlan, Texas. We are in search of individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess a collaborative spirit. As a crucial member of the SASR team, you'll be expected to represent us professionally, demonstrate respect towards clients and customers, and work alongside your fellow team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Projects last an average of 14 weeks and consist of teams ranging from 17-34 people inside a retail store, with the direction and oversight of a SASR Leader.  
What You’ll Need: 
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site (from home or hotel)
- An ability to take direction and work within a team, either large or small 
- An ability to read and understand planograms 
- A prior knowledge of basic merchandising
Physical Demands:
- The ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours at a time on concrete floors
- An ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Ability to ascend and descend ladder
- Ability to bend, stretch, and twist as needed
What You’ll Do: 
Moving and Building 
- Move gondolas and various fixtures using move equipment (skates, scorpions, etc)
- Tear down and build various fixtures within a retail store
Basic Merchandising 
- Re-merchandise sections that have been moved with new modulars, as well as merchandise newly built sections of the store
- Resetting shelves, peg hooks, and various merchandising fixtures and systems to updated planograms/modulars 
- Reading modulars and appropriately setting tags to sections
- Merchandising section as well as maintaining top stock and back stock appropriately per guidelines
- Fill end caps and displays with seasonably correct items
- Place and/or set displays and runs as appropriate to plan and department
