  • UT Health Quitman offers 25 private rooms, a 24-hour Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center, surgical suites, advanced diagnostics, swing bed care, cardiopulmonary rehab, on-site physician clinics, and a sleep lab.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor telemetry monitor and identify lethal arrhythmias
  • Manage workstation activities to optimize flow
  • Meet expectations by providing assistance with activities
  • Organize work in order to complete assignment
  • Maintain clean, orderly, safe environment
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate positive customer relations
  • Participate in quality improvement and educational activities

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare setting or clerical position
