Hilltop Primary Care is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Pike County, KY. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Kentucky
- Current DEA certification
- Board certification
- Clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
