We are currently seeking an Assistant OFCI Manager for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI. We are ideally seeking someone with construction logistics, supply chain, procurement support, or data center/mission critical project experience.
The Assistant OFCI Manager supports the planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of all owner-furnished/contractor-installed (OFCI) equipment and materials for data center construction projects. This role focuses on logistics coordination, documentation control, delivery tracking, installation readiness, and turnover support of critical OFCI systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support management of all OFCI scopes including logistics coordination, delivery tracking, storage, staging, and installation readiness
- Assist with coordination between owners, vendors, GC teams, MEP contractors, and site leadership
- Track long-lead equipment including generators, UPS, switchgear, PDUs, chillers, CRAHs, controls, and IT infrastructure
- Maintain OFCI delivery schedules aligned with construction sequencing and commissioning milestones
- Support site logistics planning including access control, laydown areas, offsite storage, and material flow
- Assist with receiving inspections, QA/QC documentation, and condition verification
- Support installation readiness coordination with trade partners
- Maintain OFCI trackers, dashboards, and reporting logs
- Support documentation tracking including warranties, serial numbers, asset registers, and turnover packages
- Assist with OFCI risk tracking and mitigation planning
- Participate in OFCI coordination meetings and reporting
- Support commissioning readiness and turnover planning
- Maintain communication with vendors and logistics providers
- Support customs, shipping, and logistics documentation where applicable
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in construction logistics, supply chain, procurement support, or data center/mission critical experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Basic understanding of data center equipment and long-lead procurement processes
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
