Now Hiring: Aquatic Fitness Instructor | Racine, WI

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Aquatic Fitness Instructor to make a splash on the team at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin! This is a great opportunity to lead fun, low‑impact workouts and help members stay active and healthy in the water.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members taking part in aquatic exercise classes.

Minimum Requirements

Aquatic Fitness Instructor certification required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
