We Are Hiring

Location: Racine, WI but may need to float to Franklin, WI

Facility: All Saint Hospital West Professional Building B. 

Department:Neurology

Schedule: .5 | part-time varied hours Monday-Friday 6:30am- 6:15pm

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full patient lifecycle by greeting visitors, handling check-in/out, and scheduling or confirming appointments.
  • Secure necessary documentation, verify patient demographics, and obtain insurance authorizations or precertifications.
  • Collect co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances and reconcile reports and deposits to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide essential clerical support.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
