Saratoga Medical (DBA Saratoga Ascend) is hiring a Respite Care/Home Health Aide at Radcliff, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare or caregiving experience to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with daily care and medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
