  • The starting salary for this position is $64,475, depending on experience, with an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus.
  • At least one year of clinical supervision experience and a Virginia clinical behavioral health license are preferred, with language skills considered for additional compensation.

The Clinical Program Supervisor – Regional Mobile Crisis works with the Regional Mobile Crisis management team (Region III of Virginia), to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of the Regional Mobile Crisis community-based team.  Ensures Region III Mobile Crisis Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care-givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with Regional Mobile Crisis services.  Provides direct services to individuals served.

 

***$5000 Sign on Bonus***

 

Starting Salary: $64,475-Depending on Experience 

 

Education/Experience Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited university with at least a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services, preferably in a community mental health/substance abuse setting, with crisis experience is preferred.
  • At least one year experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
  • State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred. Ability to register as License eligible is required.

 

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
