The 401 Peer Center is seeking a full-time Pre-Certified Peer Recovery Trainee who would provide non-clinical, person-centered wellness-focused support to engage consumers and visitors within the 401 Peer Center. The Peer Recovery Trainee position would share their firsthand lived experiences with recovery to inspire hope, increase engagement in treatment and in their communities and support consumers in articulating personal goals for wellness, recovery resiliency and self-advocacy. This full-time role within the 401 Peer Center may require some evening work shifts with occasional shifts; in addition to being available by phone during normal hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) of operation would be expected also.
- Must have a mental health or substance use disorder that has impacted your life for two years or more and must identify a year in recovery.

Starting Hourly Rate: $12.71-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
