NRVCS is seeking Direct Service Professionals to join their team with part-time opportunities available.
The starting hourly rate for full-time positions is $18.00, while part-time positions start at $15.88, with an additional $3.00 shift differential for overnight and weekend hours.
This role involves providing direct services to promote community inclusion and independence for individuals in agency group homes or day programs.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a caregiving role.
The positions are located in Radford and Giles, offering flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.

NRVCS is adding Direct Service Professionals to our growing team! We have part time opportunities, with added pay for working overnight/weekend hours. Flexible scheduling, as well as playing a vital role in helping your community makes this a great opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.

The Direct Service Professional provides direct services designed to promote community inclusion and independence to individuals residing in agency group homes or participating in day programs. Works with family members, other caregivers, other staff, and natural community resources as indicated in the Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure appropriate services are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

Full Time Hourly Pay Range: $18.23- $20.96

Part Time Hourly Pay Range: $16.07- $18.49

$3.00 Shift Differential Offered for Overnight/Weekend Hours.

Location: Radford and Giles.

Education/Experience Required:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience working with individuals in a care-giving role is preferred.
