- Make an Impact! Make an Impact! Our RE Lease Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of our Real Estate department. You would be responsible for:
- Tracking and monitoring the routing of all lease documents through the approval and execution process and responsible for providing monthly update status reports to team.Â
- Coordinate with Tenants, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance and Legal departments to ensure accurate and timely execution of Lease contracts and following up for any outstanding documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Operations Team; coordination of inter/intra-departmental meetings as well as meetings with Hospital Administration, Tenants, Contractors and Real Estate Professionals
- Input all lease and tenant information into necessary lease, finance and contract/legal databases and ensure all systems are maintained and updated with the most current information
- Assist Call Center Specialist on the maintenance and updating of work order database including: Annual update on contact information

Position: Real Estate Lease Administrator
Shift: Â Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pmÂ
Experience:Â
1. Three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial or healthcare office building leasing, administration and/or property management.
2. Highly organized and detail oriented
3. able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Basic to intermediate Microsoft office suite experience preferred.
Education:Â
1. High School diploma required.
2. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred
