Position: Registered Nurse RN - Hospice (Start of Care Nurse for Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Delaware counties)
Shift: Monday - Friday; 11:00 am - 7:00 pm plus weekends and holiday as needed

Experience: 
1. Two year(s) of recent med-surg experience in an acute or long term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting. 
2. Hospice Nurse experience preferred.

Education: 
1. Graduate of an approved school of nursing. 
2. RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications: 
1. Current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
4. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred.

Requirements:

      This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
