Job Description:
George Consulting is seeking an Analytic Application Developer to support NIPO at the Washington Navy Yard.
Roles and Responsibilities:.
The Analytic Application Developer responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with government personnel to develop requirements and flush out an agile product backlog for use in executing successful solution initiatives
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in Application Development with selection, design and implementation of Database solution, database hosting solution and Data Pipeline solution
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain databases, database hosting resources and data pipelines
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with government personnel to develop requirements and flush out an agile product backlog for use in executing successful solution initiatives
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Advise on and evaluate in-development or proposed for development analytic solutions, to include evaluation of the strength and limitations of given technologies and proposed designs

THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN ACTIVE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
Required Skills & Experience:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with at least 3 of the following languages
o聽聽 Python, R, ColdFusion, C#, .NET, Java
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with at least 2 of the following UI standards
o聽聽 CSS, HTML, Angular, REACT
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with the Power Platform Low Code (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder and CoPilot Virtual Agents)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with 1 or more services in the Azure Ecosystem of Analytic and AI Tools (e.g. Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks, AI Foundry, AI Search, Data Factory)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with the following Data Tools
o聽聽 Palantir, Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, Oracle products, Adobe Creative Suite
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with the following Data and Querying standards
o聽聽 Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Manipulation Language (DML), Data Control Language (DCL), Transaction Control Language (TCL), Structured Query Languages (SQL), PL/SQL, T-SQL
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience leveraging REST, Graph, SPARQL and SOAP APIs to obtain and return external data in a chain of actions executing a business process
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with DEVSECOPS CI/CD Pipelines such as Gitlab, Github, Atlassian and Azure DevOps (ADO).聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness to work five days a week on-site at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) with Core Hours between 9AM and 2PM.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with DEVSECOPS CI/CD Pipelines such as Gitlab, Github, Atlassian and Azure DevOps (ADO).聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiar with Zero Trust concepts
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness to work five days a week on-site at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) with Core Hours between 9AM and 2PM.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher clearance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Security+ or higher certification
