Position Highlights

- Based at our hospital campus in Raeford, NC.
- Hospital employed FT position (W2).
- Various scheduling options, self-scheduling for weekends at a freelance rate.
- Nights and call are optional.
- Wide variety of cases to grow your skillset.
- ACT model with a tremendous amount of autonomy.
- Great relationship with Anesthesiologists and Surgeons.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package:
- $235,000 starting base for new grads
- Additional compensation for working off-shifts and at our other locations
- 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
- $75,000 loan repayment for a 3-year commitment and $25,000 retention incentive for an additional year
- $10,000 relocation stipend
- 6.7 weeks PTO, 1 week and $2,900/year for CMEs

Qualifications

NC RN License
Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Certification or eligibility by the NBCRNA
Must have a clean background, NC licensure, and AHA BLS certification.
