Part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper
Job Responsibilities:
* Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Process bank and general ledger reconciliations
* Payroll experience is a plus - will be auditing payroll and processing timecards
* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
* Assist in month-end close processes
* Track fixed assets and assist in the preparation of depreciation schedules
* Cash management - initiate wires and transfer funds
* Record intercompany transactions
* File Sales &
Use Tax
Job Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar degree preferred
* Experience working in Construction or Manufacturing industries preferred
* Strong ERP experience (Great Plains experience preferred)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
