Salary: $50,000/year
Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone’s life? Are you goal driven? Then the Business Services Representative position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

As the Business Services Representative, you will provide excellent customer-centered services designed to enhance and re-engage job seekers into the workforce, while working closely with the Youth Career Advisor Team to ensure that sustainable career opportunities are available for all jobseekers. This position requires you to understand the needs of employers, build business relationships with prospective employers, and identify appropriate employment opportunities for youth program participants.

Successful Elements:
• Understand and analyze local labor market information
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with employers to provide additional support and strengthen business relationships
• Develop and execute a marketing/advertising plan annually
• Provide target estimates or goals and periodic progress reports as required
• 75% travel required between service counties: Lee, Chatham, and Wake

Required Experience and Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Marketing and sales experience preferred
• Must be comfortable making presentations to large groups of people
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving records, and automobile required
