2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Overview

This position provides leadership and oversight to optimize multi-departmental manufacturing operations. This is a fast-paced work environment involving oversight of multiple soft tool fabrication and machining manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with department team leads to ensure daily production objectives are achieve
• Assisting with interviews and staffing of manufacturing positions
• Working with the HR department to manage plant personnel matters
• Monitoring and tracking production schedules, department and operator efficiencies.
• Addressing production-related matters relating to job profitability, quality performance, and process/product conformance to specifications
• Processing personnel/labor entry reports and production status reports daily/weekly

• Possess personable leadership skills
• Be detail-oriented and possess ability to multi-task
• Maintain a good working knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Possess capability to accurately interpret mechanical drawings
• Demonstrate experience in the application of quality standards and product manufacturing specifications

• Manufacturing experience
• Experience leading cross-functional and culturally diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills
