Job DetailsJob Location: LM Restaurants Home Office - Raleigh, NC 27607Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: AccountingAccounting Supervisor – General Ledger $72,000 -$82,000 Building Accuracy, Insight, and Accountability in Our Financial Operations LM Restaurants is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Supervisor to oversee core accounting operations and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across the organization. They will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, improving efficiencies, and supporting leadership with reliable financial insights. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Support general ledger activity by reviewing account balances, transactions, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and period-end close activities. Maintain and update fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation schedules. Research and help resolve variances and discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and support for adjustments. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, helping ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Support preparation and review of financial statements and related reporting schedules. Prepare routine financial reports and provide summarized results to leadership as needed. Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement. Supervise and support two Accounting Specialists, including workflow coordination, task assignment, and day-to-day guidance.
