Position Summary:
This Administrative Assistant works with a team responsible for providing administrative and compliance support to our Creditors' Rights Recovery Department.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Locate, review, and verify consumer information through internal and external sources.
- Evaluate information from vendor leads and other approved sources to locate executable asset information.
- Enter consumer data into debt collection software to update case files.
- Review and distribute department mail, email, and voicemails appropriately.Â
- Review judgment enforcement and electronically file documents using courthouse applications.
- Assist with the receipt of execution paperwork and prepare packages of documents.
- Audit files for appropriate call and letter codes.
- Update SOPs related to post-judgment processes.
- Additional projects as needed for the functionality of the Collections Department and as directed by leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative support role.
- Basic understanding of the collections process.
- Basic understanding of the litigation process, preferred, especially judgment enforcement.Â
- Ability to work in a team environment and process a large volume of work efficiently and accurately.Â
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
