Overview

Symbiotic Services is seeking an Assembler / Packer I to support manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling components, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met prior to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly and packaging operations
  
• Inspect parts for cosmetic defects and non-conformities
  
• Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures
  
• Use hand tools and perform soldering as needed
  
• Install threaded inserts (Heli-Coils)
  
• Package and prepare parts for shipment
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  
• Report safety concerns and damaged tools
  
• Support team-based production and quality initiatives
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 3+ years of assembly experience preferred
  
• Ability to install threaded inserts
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particles
  
• Required use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
