Are you a passionate Audiologist looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while working alongside a collaborative team of ENT specialists? Raleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy is seeking a full-time Clinical Audiologist to join our growing practice serving patients across the Triangle.

For more than 50 years, our organization has been dedicated to delivering exceptional, compassionate, and cost-effective patient care. As a physician-owned practice with five convenient locations, we offer the resources of a large organization while maintaining a patient-centered approach and supportive culture.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive adult and pediatric diagnostic hearing evaluations
  • Perform DPOAEs, tympanometry, VRA, CPA, and other audiologic assessments
  • Diagnose and manage hearing and vestibular disorders
  • Fit, dispense, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices
  • Evaluate and treat BPPV and provide vestibular recommendations
  • Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss and treatment options
  • Collaborate closely with ENT physicians in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Document patient encounters within the EMR

What We're Looking For

✅ Au.D. or Master's Degree in Audiology
✅ Active North Carolina Audiology License
✅ Hearing Aid Dispensing License (if applicable)
✅ Strong communication, counseling, and customer service skills
✅ Passion for patient care and professional growth

Experience preferred, but exceptional new Au.D. graduates with strong ENT externship experience are encouraged to apply!
