Clinical Nurse Specialist ICU

• Lead evidence-based nursing practices that elevate patient outcomes and support our ICU teams.
• Partner with nursing leadership to drive meaningful change at the bedside and beyond.
• Mentor and educate nurses, empowering them to deliver exceptional care with confidence.
• Collaborate across disciplines to design and implement safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies.
• Influence nursing practice locally and nationally through research, policy, and innovation.
