The Staff Pad is partnering with a mission-driven pediatric surgery organization to recruit dependable Certified Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their anesthesia team supporting surgical services at their Raleigh, NC location.

Schedule: Full-Time | Salaried | 3, 4, or 5 OR Days/Week | No calls, weekends or holidays

What You’ll Do
The CRNAs will work in a care team model under the medical direction of an on-sire Anesthesiologist
- Provide anesthesia care in an ASC setting
- Provide general anesthesia for restorative dental procedures and oral surgery
- Care for pediatric and adult special-needs patients
- Work within a care team model with on-site anesthesiologist medical direction
- Participate in approximately 9-hour scheduled OR days
- Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams
- Support surgical services across 3 operating rooms
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care throughout procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (MSN, DNP, or DNAP)
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active North Carolina RN and APRN/CRNA license or eligibility to obtain
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification as applicable
- Experience providing anesthesia care, preferably in an ASC setting
- Comfortable working with pediatric and adult special-needs patients
- Ability to work within a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction
- Clean licensure and malpractice history
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

- Competitive Compensation based on experience and chosen schedule - $229,770 - $382,950 Annual Salary + $10,000 signing bonus
- Salary paid on a standard payroll cycle regardless of weekly case volume
