Responsibilities:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Prepare detailed and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Conduct in-depth analysis of drawings, specifications, and project documents to perform precise quantity take-offs.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to secure competitive pricing and accurate cost information.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Act as the point of contact for clients during the bidding process, addressing scope clarifications, answering questions, and providing cost-related insights.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Review project scope, schedules, and requirements to develop strategies for effective cost management and resource allocation.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Provide critical cost information for project adjustments during different phases, ensuring project teams are informed of financial impacts.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Support project managers during the award and start-up phases by clarifying assumptions, materials, and construction methods included in the estimate.

路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Mentor junior estimators, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their skills and ensure consistency in estimating practices.

Requirements:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction management, Business, or related field, coupled with 3-4+ years of commercial preconstruction estimating experience.
聽
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
聽
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experienced with industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Heavy Bid, Sage, OST, Procore, Blue Beam).
聽
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Demonstrated skills in reading and interpreting bid documents and drawings, with a keen attention to detail.
