We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to senior executives.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.

  • Support executive communications, including email and meeting coordination.

  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, and leadership sessions.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related documentation.

  • Track action items and assist with internal project execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation.

  • Maintain organized records and support operational efficiency.
