VIP Formal Wear, a trusted Raleigh business for over 50 years, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We specialize in men’s suits and tuxedos for weddings, proms, and special events, helping customers look their best for life’s biggest occasions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and is interested in men’s fashion.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tuxedo and suit rentals and purchases
- Measure customers for proper sizing
- Help coordinate wedding parties and group orders
- Provide style recommendations and product guidance
- Process orders and maintain customer records
- Maintain store organization and presentation
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working with customers and groups
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn clothing measurements
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Weekend availability during busy seasons (weddings and prom)
