Job Description:Â
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving volume and profit growth using a balanced approach of new business and account management for existing clients within the territory. The Inside Sales Representative will consistently and effectively deliver the Parksite value proposition to dealer customers to reach sales and profit goals.Â
RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
New Business Development:Â
- Responsible for aggressively developing new business within their territoryÂ
- Maintain a complete and accurate contact database for every customer within their territory (product specific, email address, phone numbers)Â
- Responsible for aggressively promoting new products utilizing digital marketing tools and techniquesÂ
- Distributing digital marketing leads to appropriate territory manager through follow up activitiesÂ
- Drive awareness for product opportunities via webinar/conference callsÂ
- Execute and implement company promotions/programsÂ
- Priority placed on reaching daily, weekly sales and profit goalsÂ
- Actively up-selling and cross-selling products and programs to customers over the phone Â
Account Management:Â
- Responsible for servicing and supporting existing dealer businessÂ
- Using active listening and sales techniques to identify customer product needs / provide solutionsÂ
- Working in conjunction with the territory manager to provide best possible account coverageÂ
- Achieving product and territory knowledge essential to building customer relationshipsÂ
- Continue building strong relationships within existing customer thought email/phoneÂ
- Actively recording data and activities with customer / prospects in Salesforce Â
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills both in person and virtuallyÂ
- Self-motivated and functions well independently as well as within in a team
- Comfortable in multi-tasking environmentÂ
- Superior organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Microsoft Office including hosting presentationÂ
- Have strong closing skills with customers and follow up on commitmentsÂ
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and analyze key, market, customer, and competitive trends.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or industry experience equivalentÂ
Experience:Â
- 3+ years’ experience in customer facing sales within building products industryÂ
- Have direct exposure in resolving customer concernsÂ
- Experience with direct customer contact selling building products Â
- Understanding of building installation processÂ
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office environment – team orientated sellingÂ
