Instructional Designer

Join Millennium Print Group as an Instructional Designer IC1!

We’re looking for an Instructional Designer IC1 to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about creating engaging training content and supporting employee learning through digital tools, this is your opportunity to help build accessible training programs that support a growing manufacturing workforce.

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + full benefits package

What You'll Do

  • Design and maintain instructional materials including digital courses, process documentation, job aids, and assessments

  • Administer the Workday Learning (LMS) platform, including managing training assignments, system accuracy, reporting, and audits

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align learning programs with evolving business and operational needs

  • Translate training materials into Spanish, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance

  • Support continuous improvement of training programs using employee feedback and performance data

  • Assist with the implementation of new learning tools, technologies, and training systems

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field; equivalent experience considered

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or learning management system (LMS) administration, preferably in manufacturing, production, or logistics environments

  • Experience administering Workday Learning or another enterprise LMS

  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar software

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project follow-through

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
