We are searching for an upcoming Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our Raleigh, NC studio!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assists Engineers with the design and documentation of complex projects
  • Prepares and develops high-quality project documents
  • Participates in various design and construction phases of projects
  • Attends client, consultant, and design committee meetings as needed
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with project team members
  • Contributes to project debriefs and lessons-learned sessions
  • Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and project budgets
  • Works within assigned project hours and tasks, with guidance from senior team members

Education and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Professional degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of applicable experience
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Large Language Models (LLM's), familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint preferred; Architecture CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam; Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other transformative design tools.
