Wake Orthopedics a multi-specialty orthopaedic group with multiple locations in Wake County, NC is seeking a Medical Assistant to fill a full-time position, in our Raleigh office location. This position will float in our Raleigh region (Garner, Raleigh and Oberlin). We offer a unique work environment promoting personal and professional growth. Our practices provide a full range of orthopaedic services including advanced diagnostic imaging, innovative treatment options, minimally invasive and traditional procedures, and rehabilitation services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Assist providers in providing quality medical care.
Meet and greet patients while escorting to exam room.
Complete triage process and ensure all information is documented in EHR, Epic.
Follow all state and federal regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
Other duties will be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

CMA or RMA within 12 months of hire. High school diploma required.
