Wake Orthopedics a multi-specialty orthopaedic group with multiple locations in Wake County, NC is seeking a Medical Assistant to fill a full-time position, in our Raleigh office location. This position will float in our Raleigh region (Garner, Raleigh and Oberlin). We offer a unique work environment promoting personal and professional growth. We offer the highest quality care for pediatric and adult patients. Our practices provide a full range of orthopaedic services including advanced diagnostic imaging, innovative treatment options, minimally invasive and traditional procedures, and rehabilitation services. Whether it be recovering from a broken bone, joint replacement surgery, a sports injury or a fracture – our goal is to get patients back to doing the things they love.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist providers in providing quality medical care.
  • Meet and greet patients while escorting to exam room.
  • Complete triage process and ensure all information is documented in EHR, Epic.
  • Follow all state and federal regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Other duties will be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

CMA or RMA within 12 months of hire. High school diploma required.
