Status: Full- Time, Variable hour Pay Rate: $20- $23/hr, based on experience   Position Responsibilities: As a Merchandising Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our in-store partnerships and workforce, driving success at the store level and contributing to our longstanding legacy of achievement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Travel independently to service stores within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle. Lead, train, and mentor a team of part-time Merchandising Associates. Execute in-store merchandising tasks including planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Serve as the go-to liaison for store management, project managers, and field leadership. Proactively resolve issues, coach team members, and maintain a high level of performance across your territory. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. QualificationsMinimum Requirements Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry is highly desired. Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance. Smartphone with text, phone, camera, internet, and email access. Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations. This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
