The Partner Strategy and Business Development - Center of Expertise (CoE) role is responsible for delivering commercial outcomes committed to Strategic Partnerships. This role will begin by focusing on our Employment Verification Strategic Partnerships and securing Customer employment records for our Partners. This is a sales role responsible for shaping sales strategy, building a pipeline, delivering on planned revenue targets. The role will collaborate across supporting Workmates, including Customer Success, Digital Account Executive, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams, to execute against these commitments. Execute coordinated Customer campaigns to sign up new employment verification records members, to meet and exceed revenue targets. Experience required in leading complex product and business development initiatives involving partners at large SaaS, Cloud Service Provider, or Global System Integrator firms. Proven track record of selling and exceeding sales targets. Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong facilitator, coordinating across Sales, Product, CX, Marketing, and Partner organizations with Partner obsession and high judgment. Ownership and accountability for exceeding expectations and targets. Basic qualifications include 2+ years leading sales teams and/or business development initiatives and 2+ years experience in SaaS or Cloud Service Provider sales organization. Preferred qualifications include consistent record of exceeding targets, ability to frame and execute large and complex Customer campaigns and deals, ability to engage with executives, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, influence senior leaders, and strong presentation skills.
