Overview

Population Health Administrator, RN is responsible for the administration of new and existing programs and services within Population Health for WPP/WakeMed (WM) and has a direct reporting line to the Exe Dir, WPP Clinical Operations and dyad reporting structure to the Chief Medical Officer, Population Health (CMOPH). This individual assists, facilitates, coordinates, and directs population health, supervises managers, provides data for analysis of business growth, and works on special projects as directed. They promote innovative and best practice operations to maximize performance. This position collaborates with WM leadership in the organization to ensure constant and consistent improvements are happening in the health and well-being of our patients through standardized practices, systems, policies/procedures, and assists in the implementation of the strategic plan. This individual understands the need to achieve overall WM goals and objectives through the use of research, national benchmarking, and performance improvement. They understand the needs of WM and support the mission, vision, values, and management of the organization.
