Residential Service Plumber

NC Water Heaters is looking for a residential Service Plumber to join our team. You will be based out of our Raleigh office responsible for providing on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems.  

Our ideal candidate will be prompt and reliable, have superior support skills and excellent communication. You will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and be motivated to provide superior service.

• 5-Star Plumbing Services – Provide stellar residential plumbing services to homeowners, realtors and property managers in the Triangle area. Troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems and guide customers on how to properly use and maintain equipment. Use our software to provide estimates, create invoices and document customer interactions. Work independently and with a great team.

Requirements: 

• Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Rough in and trim out plumbing related to interior remodel projects.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Properly perform plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Respond to emergency service requests through rotating on-call.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete all required documentation in mobile app

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a plumber.
• Good working knowledge of plumbing materials.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.
• Physical dexterity.
• Valid Driver's License
• Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship (preferred but not required)
