Key Responsibilities: Conduct adoption home studies (Pre-Placement Assessments) and foster care licensing activities. Match approved adoptive families with children in foster care based on each child's unique needs. Provide ongoing case management, support, education, and advocacy for foster and adoptive families. Complete home visits, post-placement supervision, and crisis intervention as needed. Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with agency, licensing, and accreditation standards. Collaborate with county DSS offices, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners. Support adoption finalization and permanency planning efforts for children and families. Participate in recruitment, outreach, and family engagement activities.   QualificationsQualifications: Experience in social work, child welfare, foster care, adoption services, or case management preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while exercising sound professional judgment.
