Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

Salary

From $85,000 per year based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff
  • Coordinate and conduct clinical education and in-service training
  • Provide hands-on skills training and competency evaluations
  • Mentor and support new nurses and nursing assistants
  • Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
  • Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen team performance and retention

Qualifications

  •  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care required
  • Previous experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or nursing leadership role preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Passion for staff development and clinical excellence

Qualifications

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

2 or more years’ experience in health care field, teaching, or training and development.Registered NurseInfection Prevention and Control Officer Certification or complete IPCO training and certification within 5 days of hire.
