We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent with strong General Contracting experience and a proven background in multi-family construction. This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily on-site operations for multi-family construction projects, ensuring full compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain workflow and schedule integrity.
  • Lead and enforce all jobsite safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Monitor construction progress, maintain detailed daily reports, and communicate updates to the Project Manager and leadership team.
  • Identify potential field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts; proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout all phases of construction to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards.
  • Assist in developing and updating project schedules, look-ahead plans, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners during site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
  • Review and approve subcontractor work, ensuring adherence to scopes, plans, and timelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite that reflects company standards.
