Overview

Are you a natural leader with a passion for patient care and teamwork? As a Team Leader, you'll help oversee the daily operations of our monitoring stations, support and mentor staff, and ensure high standards in monitoring patients' heart rhythms. Working closely with department leadership, you'll play a key role in staff education, quality outcomes, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment for patients and team members.

What You'll Do:

  • Support daily operations and workflow within the monitoring stations.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to monitoring staff.
  • Help ensure team members maintain competency and follow best practices.
  • Promote high-quality patient care through accurate rhythm monitoring.

What You'll Need:
