About the Role:
Liberty Waste Solutions is looking for a reliable and experienced Welder to join our team. This is a traveling position that works at various sites around the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). You’ll help maintain and repair dumpsters, compactors, containers, and other waste equipment.

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication on dumpsters, compactors, and containers
Make on-site repairs at customer locations
Operate welding equipment and tools safely
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Keep track of materials used and work completed
Communicate with dispatch and supervisors on job status

Requirements:

Prior welding experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to work outdoors and travel daily to job sites
Strong attention to detail and safety
Self-motivated and able to work independently
