Welder

About the Role:
 Liberty Waste Solutions is looking for a reliable and experienced Welder to join our team. This is a traveling position that works at various sites around the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). You’ll help maintain and repair dumpsters, compactors, containers, and other waste equipment.

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication on dumpsters, compactors, and containers
• Make on-site repairs at customer locations
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Keep track of materials used and work completed
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors on job status

Requirements:

• Prior welding experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors and travel daily to job sites
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
