Position Description

• Own the guest experience from the first second! Be the first friendly face guests see and the last warm goodbye they receive
• Seat with strategy: juggle flow, wait times, and energy, all while keeping things smooth and efficient
• Keep the energy and flow smooth and buzzing throughout service
• Manage incoming phone calls with a positive, helpful attitude
• Ensure to-go guests feel cared for and comfortable during any wait
