Summer 2026 Design Center Consultant Intern

Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer 2026 Design Consultant intern to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. 

Responsibilities:

• Learn the process of supporting buyers through the design process
• Become familiar with the new home buying process as it pertains to buyers making selections for their new home
• Candidate will observe design appointments with buyers and assist with supporting documentation
• Observe conflict resolution and creating customer delight. 
• Support designers with computer entry of selections and documents
• Support in maintenance of Design Center Inventory

• Must have housing available in the greater Raleigh, NC area for the duration of the internship
• Must be currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in starting a career in Residential Construction/Homebuilding
