Maintenance Supervisor

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will oversee a team of maintenance professionals with a focus on all aspects of managing the physical asset. You will oversee maintenance of the property including preventative maintenance and the make ready process, inventory control, vendor relationships, and the maintenance budget. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service. 

General Duties include, but not limited to:
 -Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
 -Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
 -Managing system for handling resident service requests
 -Assisting the Community Manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
 -Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
 -Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Qualifications: 

-At least 3 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
-Must have experience in all trades.
-Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
-Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds without difficulty.
-Must be available to participate in on-call emergency phone rotation.  

Work Schedule:

9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary). Some overtime may be required including “on-call” and/or rotating “on-call” responsibilities as needed to meet business needs.
