We're hiring a Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary, a key member of our care team who helps create a positive experience for patients, families, and staff. In this role, you'll provide both direct patient support and administrative assistance, helping ensure excellent care and smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Support patients, families, and care teams with administrative and secretarial duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping maintain an efficient care environment.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and team members.
• Support WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care model through collaboration, information sharing, dignity, respect, and patient participation.
