The Role:Â Â
Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creekis seeking VIP Host staff. The VIP Hoststaff will engage with and aid all Live Nation clients that purchase VIP club access, season tickets, box seats, or premium seating for our events. VIP Services staff members will be located throughout all our VIP areas and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas. Â

Job Functions:Â Â
Assist in all aspects of the VIP/Premium Seat Services experience - including the club, pavilion/box seats, and parking lotÂ
Make sure VIP Club and VIP Boxes are show readyÂ
Welcome guests as they enter the VIP entrance. Scan tickets, issue wristbands/credentialsÂ
Answer questions, show guests to their seats, and assist with any other needs that may arise throughout the eveningÂ
Monitor VIP Boxes to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted Â
Deliver exemplary customer service to exceed expectations and maintain customer loyaltyÂ
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Â
Help the PSS team and wait-staff keep the VIP Club tidy and running smoothly throughout the show Â
Serve as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details Â
Aid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experienceÂ
Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, recycling, etc. Â
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the showÂ
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency Â
Other tasks as assigned by the VIP Club Supervisor, PSS Coordinator or Management Â

Qualifications:Â Â
High School Diploma or equivalent Â
At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications Â
Creative thinker and problem solver Â
Upbeat, positive personality Â
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Â
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy Â
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs Â
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting Â
Must be willing and able to work in various weather conditions, including rain and heat Â
