Key Responsibilities Assess residents and clinic patients and provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols. Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR). Communicate effectively with providers, staff, residents, and families. Support clinic operations, preparing residents for provider visit, care coordination, and supply management. Respond to resident health concerns and determine when EMS intervention is needed. Maintain clinical tracking tools and medication-related programs. Promote a positive, respectful, and service-oriented environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic services.
